Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped after processing has been completed.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing timelines can be found on the Processing & Shipping page of this website.


Standard Shipping

Standard domestic shipping is included with eligible orders unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Beauty Bondo Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer
  • Carrier-related delivery delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, additional shipping fees may be required before reshipment.


Delivery Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • International customs processing
  • Other circumstances outside of the brand’s control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged during transit or the incorrect order is received:

  • Contact must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
  • Original packaging must be retained for verification purposes

All approved cases are reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate resolution.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional carrier charges that may apply after shipment.

Beauty Bondo Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier transit.
