Due to the handcrafted, custom, and hygienic nature of press-on nail products, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Incorrect sizing submissions
- General wear preferences
- Application issues
- Damage caused during wear or removal
- Change-of-mind purchases
Each set is individually handcrafted and created with intention, structure, and attention to detail. Minor variations may occur as part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
In the rare event that:
- the incorrect order is received, or
- an item arrives damaged during transit,
a resolution may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request review of an order issue:
- Contact must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
- Original packaging must be retained for verification purposes
Requests submitted without sufficient documentation or outside of the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.
As an independent nail artist, every reasonable effort is made to provide a refined product and true luxury experience. If an eligible issue arises, care will be taken to work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
