By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Artist Disclaimer

All sets are handcrafted by an independent nail artist.

This brand provides custom and ready-to-wear press-on nail products for aesthetic purposes only and does not provide licensed nail technician or medical services.

For any concerns related to nail health, damage, or medical conditions, it is recommended to consult a licensed professional.

Sizing Responsibility

Accurate sizing is the responsibility of the customer.

Sizing may be completed using:

A personal sizing method
The Custom Press-On Nail Sizing Guide (Beauty Bondo Designs)

Orders created using incorrect sizing information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Handcrafted Variations

Each set is individually handcrafted.

As a result:

Minor variations may occur
No set will be an exact replica of reference images

These variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Custom Design Orders

Custom sets are created based on submitted inspiration, preferences, and consultation details.

The artist reserves the right to:

Interpret designs in alignment with structural integrity and artistic direction
Decline requests that cannot be executed safely or effectively

Final designs are created to reflect the requested concept while maintaining quality standards.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only considered in the following cases:

The incorrect order was received
The product arrives damaged during transit

To request a resolution, the following is required:

Contact must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Clear photo or video evidence of the issue must be provided
Original packaging must be retained, as it may be required for verification

Requests submitted without sufficient documentation or outside of the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.

All approved cases are handled individually to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Each set is created with intention, care, and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality, luxury experience. If an issue arises, every reasonable effort will be made to work with you toward a fair and appropriate resolution.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun:

Modifications are not guaranteed
Cancellations may not be accepted

Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchase.

Wear & Care Responsibility

Proper application and removal are essential for safe wear and longevity.

The nail artist is not responsible for:

Improper application
Damage caused during removal
Wear issues resulting from misuse or lack of proper care

Design Rights & Limitations

The artist does not recreate or replicate another artist’s work exactly and reserves the right to refuse any design that infringes upon another nail artists work.

All designs are:

Original interpretations
Created within the brand’s style and structural standards

Replacement Nails

Individual replacement nails may be available for purchase if a nail is lost or damaged after wear.

Replacement requests:

Must match a previously purchased set
Are subject to design availability and feasibility
May not be available for highly complex or specialty designs due to availability of stocked items.

Replacement nails are not free and are offered as a separate service.

To request a replacement, please contact us with:

Your original order details
Clear photos of the set (if applicable)
The specific nail(s) needed

As each set is handcrafted, replacement nails are created to closely match the original design, though slight variations may occur.

If your request is approved, a private purchase link will be sent to your email with instructions to complete your replacement order through our website.
